    I have been brewing Beaverdale Barolla, now known as Nabbiolo, for the last ten years or so, and have to admit it is most consistent, fruity, smooth, (no oak chippings) would recommend it anywhere.

    So, using pre-used screwtops is not recommended, can we then purchase, from somewhere, new screw tops?

    Been corking screw cap bottles for a couple of years or so, absolutely no problems,,,,also been re-using screw caps and laying them on their side,,, but they are not in the bottles for too long,,,,,as my wife and get to do what one should do with wine and that is,,,,,,,,,

    Hi from an older homebrewer in Cornwall. I make my own bitter, usually St Peters Ruby, or Brupacs Yorkshire bitter. I also brew my own wine, usually Barola REd '''love it,,, I've been brewing for the last 26 years, and no sign of stopping,,,,,
