Hi i'm looking to start mashing and want a recipe for a 40 pint batch, my fav beer at the moment is citra by oakham brewery, i've not brewed for about 15-20 years so have no real idea what i'm doing, so any pointers would be great, i have a thermo mash tun, and a burco boiler

Hi I've brought a secondhand mash tun internal size 15x15 inches but would like to put a bag with handles inside to make things easier, for cleaning, anyone know a good bag thanks, i also need a heater, which a best for the fermentation bucket, it has been 15 years plus since i've brewed so...
