I like it bit sweeter but it’s my only second time doing it. Just added apple juice to glass to take the dryness away. Just made two kits one coopers larger and the other coopers bitter. Larger started fermentation already but bitter not doing anything yet, is this normal for bitter? .

Hi After the first one I started using wine yeast, I found it tasted better.

Hi I’ve made this with Tesco apple juice bit sugar and turbo yeast. After 10 days bottled it with bit sugar in bottle left for couple weeks. It was bit dry but banging stuff every the wife liked it.
