    Is your pot still stood on the burner? It will be very interesting to see your temperatures on the 90 mins. If this works I'll knock on up as well.

    Bottling after being kept in Keg

    That's what I did after leave an IPA to clear in the keg for 3 weeks. I put an espresso spoonful of sugar in each bottle and the ale is quite lively. Batch priming the keg would be easier though.

    Yes, I put about 3g in a 23l brew 10 mins before the end. It ends up as a mass in the bottom of the FV.
