    lager brew

    my lager brew has been fermenting for 26 days the bubbling airlock is slow , It spent 10 days at 10c then up it to 16c , do i need to wait for all the bubbling to stop . i would like to get them bottled as soon as possible .

    good idea !

    I have a 14L pan and want to do a 10L brew is it ok to do the mash with 12L of water, and when it comes to the boil part have a second pan of boiling water to keep the wart topped up over 10L.

    pan size help

    i have Been looking for a good pan that is big enough to do a 2 gallon brew in , I found a pan online that is 14L stainless steal and strong , a lot of pans over 13L feel like tin cans and wobble when full , I guess if your on a budget that is fine but i don't feel they would last long .
