    Caxton Real Ale

    I have to admit I am a true lover of the Tom Caxton Real Ale. As with most brews it tastes better with age, but after this beer is 6 months old it is pure essence... Only problem is waiting 6 months without drinking it, as it tastes pretty good after 3!

    Burton Bridge Porter review

    I have also found the Burton Bridge Porter to be disappointing. I currently have a batch conditioning at 6 months old, but it remains lacking flavour, body and is quite watery. I'm hoping it comes good by Xmas. A fellow brewer I know is also having a similar experience. Fingers crossed...
