    Pressure fermentation vessel

    I’m looking for a FV to fit into my fermentation fridge with pressure fermenting in mind. Fridge dimensions: Height: 49cm Depth: 43cm Width : 44cm Stainless steel ideally but that may be one step too far at the moment. Any suggestions?

    Pre-boil temperature profile

    Whilst providing constant heat going from mash out to boil, I find that the temperature gradient always levels out at 93-94C and then returns to the previous gradient once past this temperature.     Pressure fermentor for fermentation fridge

    I have built a fermentation fridge with an internal height of 49cm, suitable for a beer bucket with a small air lock. Can anyone suggest a suitable fermentation vessel to perform pressure fermentation with these height restrictions?

    NBS Classic Ale Yeast
