I have been brewing the Burton Bridge Extra Strong Bitter as my "usual" brew, while alternating with something else to try, but nobody seems to have it in stock, and haven't for a while. It seems to be the case for all their kits. Anyone know whats happening?
Pretty new to homebrew I am on my third kit. Wherry, Admiral and Nelson's currently fermenting. As they were Munton's kits I thought that next I would try their Connoisseurs Range IPA Bitter. On reading the instructions it suggests replacing the supplied yeast with Munton's Premium Gold Yeast...
This may be a silly question but should you sterilise Crown Caps? I have done 2 brews so far and was just organising my Crown Caps before I start a 3rd and it suddenly struck me that everything else was sterilised but I didn't do the Crown Caps.
Your suggestions would be much appreciated for my next brew.

Hi all, just made and bottled my first brew, Woodfordes Wherry. It's not bad, a little flat but just read that the carbonating tablets were for 375cl bottles not 500cl. I will know next time, just bought an Admiral kit for my next brew.
