    Good morning all, just bought 2 new demijons and I'm thinking of trying a cider from store bought apple juice. Any advice? Is it difficult?

    A quick update. It's still bubbling but not more than 3 - 4 times in 2 minutes now. Does this mean it might be quite a strong finished product? Looking forward to racking it in the next week or so.
