    I have 25 litres of cheeky vimto that should have been bottled last November. I have cracked the fv open and it all looks OK and seems to taste fine. Am I OK to bottle this or will it give everyone the runs when they come to drink it? Opinions please

    The original recipe calls for yeast nutrient to be put in. Yet i have read on another thread on here that if you have no nutrient you can use lemon juice instead. If that is the case do i need nutrient for this recipe?

    Great stuff thanks The instructions say after 7 days to stir in the rest of the sachets and stir well. Did you rack it off into a clean container first or just mix all the sediment back into it?
