It's been a long time since I've brewed and looking for a straight forward recipe to use. I like pale, citrus, fruity beers heavily hopped flavours.

My brew has been fermenting for 6 days and just took reading and it is reading 1013 and looking pretty clear. Airlock still bubbling every so often. How long should i leave it before dry hopping it?
I have dropped the crystal to 150g will add the bittering hops. Then do you mean add a 20g combo of cascade and mosaic then 30g of each at flameout. Would you then dry hop with 60g of each hops that are left over?
Ive got 100g each of mosaic and cascade.
I was going to do
4kg MO
300g Crystal
100g terrified wheat
Then bitter with 25g challenger
I was considering then just using the Mosaic at 15 and 5 min
Anyone used Mosaic and Cascade as a combo before?

I really like quite hoppy beers though, would i be right in then...
I have been using a 40 litre cool box to mash in but was wondering how you get along with doing the BIAB? I have tried it before on a smaller scale. Do you sparge the malt still?
