Crossmyloof Hops in pouches are ALL CO2 flushed. O2 is drawn out and CO2 is purged in. All the hops are bought direct from Charles Farm and flushed within 24 hours. How do I know? Coz I'm the one who does it ;)
Just had word back from Mark the head honcho at CML. I asked him about the source of the yeast and the yeast lab and he says they get their yeast from SPL_international, based in Ellesmere Port. Apparently they make brew yeast for numerous brands. He also said that a lager and saison yeast...

I find that if you're buying up to a kilo of hops (They do direct sell discounts too on their FB page) then Crossmyloof are cheaper than most places, as delivery is included.

It was the ferment temp In a chamber. It fermented out is 10 days or so. I then increased to 21c to finish it off and bottle conditioned. I lagered for 8 weeks and is a pretty good brew ;)
hi. I've seen cheaper honey having potassium sorbate preservatives in them. If so then it's not going anywhere I'm afraid. I've made that mistake not thinking sorbate would go anywhere near honey. Could be wrong though and as others have said it could just be low foaming. I suppose a hydrometer...
