    will it carb up

    made about ten ag brews and never used Irish moss or gelatine in any and the beer was really good and they took a long time to clear and where well carbonated, the last brew I added Irish moss near the end of the boil and gelatine in the secondary and bottled it this morning it was crystal clear...
