I have just bottled this wine, and must say I am very pleased with the result.

I hot footed it back to Wilkinsons and bought the Shiraz one too, and now have this one brewing also. They have now sold out in my local store and they don't have them on line.

Thanks Rob, I didn't think it needed a good stir because I used a jet hose to fill the fermenter and it filled up rather fast, and assumed it was well mixed. I am well chuffed with it now, its reading was 1080 and is a lovely dark deep red :D

I have made this for the second time, and it is OK but still comes out looking like a Rosy, and not deep red as described. I thought I would try it again encase I had bought a wrongly labeled one. Do any kits come out like a proper dark red?

I have the same problem. I have just spent half an hour trying to dig my cork out of the bottle. I won't be using any more.
