    I have now completed my first youngs larger brew wich was good :drink: & now on the second youngs larger one on fermentation stage. I really want to have a go at beer now, so can you gentlemen recommend a good quality beer kit.

    Ok can you advise then please, i have seen other larger brews being produced in just one corny keg. Surely the Corny is better than the Plastic barrel keg?? Your advice is appreciated.

    Good source of info, i had the same problem on the first lager i produced was abit flat so i did add some Co2 & zinged it up nicely & now its all gone, it was quite strong & not a bad brew. Got my second one on the go now & should be even better than the first. Might invest in a Cornelius Keg too.

    Well i ended up buying a injection co2 cap, the larger came out ok, good tasting lager, but was a bit on the flat side. :wha: As mentioned above i bought the co2 cap but not till 2 weeks after conditioning in keg! Did i need to add Co2 at the begining of conditioning in keg?? I have bought...
