    I would love to be able to farm my own produce, we buy from local farms where we can but to have my own herds.... Alas i dont have space for enough animals to supply our shop, would need 150 beef cattle and about the same in sheep and pig, christ knows how many cluckers i would need lol Maybe...

    polypins?

    well the brew is polypinned, I used 80g of sugar in 20l. I assume I will have to let of some co2 at some point or will banging them in the fridge when they have swollen be ok?

    guys I have a brew that I was going to put into pins but before I do I would like to know how long the brews going to be ok for in a sealed pin? I know 2-4 weeks for an opened one but how long will an unopened one stay good for? a few months? or are they just as good as a little keg?

    so I now have my engine and some polypins, what I would like to know is how long can I reasonably keep an engine connected before the beer suffers? a few days in the pump or not even that? seems a silly question but I have not been able to find an answer.
