I usually ferment in my airing cupboard at around 22 deg on average. I thought about conditioning in my shed, but doesnt it get too warm in the summer months?

That's great. I am guessing that my LHBS will sell this yeast? I will be bottling into 500ml glass Amber bottles and had planned to use 1tsp of sugar in each.

Well the search for white grape juice wasn't great. None at morrisons or lidl. Sainsburys had some variations, but in the end i settled on a welch's rosé grape juice, so fingers crossed.......................... Watch this space :thumb:
