    Tomato Wine's ... Half Sediment?!

    Made a wow with some tesco tomato juice, had planned when it had cleared to bottle with a chilli or two in the bottle and leave for about a year Pretty active fermentation, it's slowed down now but HALF of the demi is full of sediment! Anybody else have anything similar happen to their wows?

    Had a spare Demi about so headed off to Asda and got some of their "100% pressed white grape juice"! Fired in a sachet of youngs dessert / high alcohol yeast and a fair bit of sugar :whistle: Gravity was 1.11 so hopefully end up with something over 10% ! Fermenting at about 18º ! House...
