Hi Leon. I do that for the last week, but it's not practical for dozens of litres of beer. I'm aiming for a 3-month conditioned rolling stock. I am storing in the cellar where the temp is around 19c and dark. Cheers

Thanks Banbeer. It was the airlock. Swapped it out, gave it a shake and it went fine. Starting to clear up now and will rack it next week.
