    Ooni Pizza ovens

I've recently bought the karu 12 although have been making pizza in various ways for years. As @obssaid the ooni dough recipy is good. Use the app to scale. A decent flour makes a difference though such as cuputo. an easy sauce is to lightly fry some garlic in a good glug of olive oil before...

    Wheat beer bottling

I agree with Jim, was it a kit or AG? The haze should come from the malt. Swirling the yeast is more for the taste (I'm not a fan of doing that) although it will make it more opaque in the glass. Make sure it's carbonated and conditioned ok and if it tastes OK don't worry about it.

What have you been smoking on bbq?

Unfortunately didn't get a post cook photo but the pulled pork rolls went down very well. Cook was a bit eventful as it was too big for smokey joe so ended up in the broil King with some cherry pieces for smoke while i was working and finished in pizza oven.

No, the accounts arrived. They may predate degree's but they were early day engineers working by trial and error (data gathering) to understand solutions to a problem.

    GAS bbq...

You need to keep the grills protected with oil when storing. Mines a few years old but can go rusty if they get damp. I clean before use and then oil cold before heating. After that oil the meat is best. I use one of the pump oil sprays and refill with veg oil.

    Nightmare on Brew Day

As Clint sai It's stainless steel with few moving parts. I wouldn't expect a leak, have you located a leak, is it in a joint or corrosion?

    washer/seal for grainfather

I ordered some silicone oring off ebay. If your desperate you could use std nitrile oring. There normally a bit harder but will do the job.

    Which pressure barrel

I'd suggest there was an issue with that, the rubber valve should blow off way before there is a risk of the barrel failing. I have had cornies for years but they are more expensive these days plus you need a CO2 bottle.

    Will Smith slap.

It was a bad joke in poor taste BUT he shouldn't have done it in front of the camera's. These people should be setting an example. By all means give him a slap backstage.

    BBQ thoughts....

Your going the way I plan to next Clint. I have a broil king I've had for 8 yrs which has been great and will last a good while yet but I do less impromptu grilling so more time with charcoal not a problem. As for charcoal the bag doesn't last too long so you can try a few and see what suits...

    Replacing Grainfather thermometer

Give them a call to see what they advise, If you can reattach I think I'd solder and heat shrink it and test to see if the temp is accurate. Someone on here may know the probe type if not
