American Wheat Beer - how's this sound?

Looks fine to me. Will be very light and sessionable. I'd probably dry hop with around 15g of citra too!

    AG Wheat Beer Adventures

The Greg Hughes American Wheat beer recipe is pretty good. Light and refreshing. I added a 40gram Citra dry hop to it though for a slightly bigger punch of hops and used us-05 yeast. Perfect for summer drinking.

    Old P

Had a bottle of Old Pec' last night. Nearly seen a beer taste so different to what it looks like. Was fantastic. Will certainly be brewing it up in 2016.

    Co2 Temperature correction needed?

Do you keep the pressure on when serving? Only thing i can possibly suggest is check the seals and lid arnt leaking.

    Co2 Temperature correction needed?

12 PSI should be a bit livelier when kept at 5c. Should be around perfect carbonation for a lager. How long is the beer and what thickness is the line? This can have an impact on the carbonation.

    Chill haze.

I've recently found that 90 minute boils seem to be producing clearer beers for myself.

Liquid yeast - taken the plunge

This looks great and is definetly tempting me into trying out a liquid yeast!! What yeast would you guys suggest i go for? I mainly brew American Pales and English Pales. American pales I have always tended to us us-05, and English Pales I have tended to use Nottingham. Ideally I'd...
