    Hi all Got a small batch 12L of biab ipa started @ 1.050 was down to 1.012 after 7 days been at that for the last 2 days does this sound about done my yeast was so5 and fremented @ 21c in brew fridge thanks in advance stan. :thumb:

    CHOCOLATE STOUT FROM A KIT

    Want to do a chocolate stout, was thinking of brewing a coopers stout as normal then in secondary adding some sort of chocolate flavour or priming bottles with either ground cocoa beans or some other chocolate flavour, any ideas anyone ??? :hmm:

    Hi guys. complete novice here i am brewing a bandit brew lager kit been in the fv for a week now fermenting nicely down to 1.10 started at 1.51 my question is should i leave it until it gets down to about 1.00 and would finning give me a better clearer brew or is it a personal choice...
