    thx all. wellll I don't like it sweet lol but if it tastes good all is well. and I wont add any water to it. when u say leave it for 9 months do u leave it in the FV or bottle it?

    help!!! ive had my dockland porter in the FV for 3 weeks now and the reading just wont go down. its still at 1.009 to high to bottle. plus it smells like vinegar.
