What hops did you use? I have had Centennial and Cascade beers that taste soapy in a floral way if anything.

Quick Calc. I lose about 0.7-1 per kilo of grain I mash. and lose between 4-5 litres of beer per hour during the boil. I drain most of my wort including the gunk into the bucket and lose 2-3 litres. With those you could expect between 18-21 litres.

Hi all, I got 2 cornies from home brew online last year but not set them up yet. I wondered what the cheapest ways of setting them up were. All have is the kegs so far and plan to replace the seals first. Would like to here your experiences of getting these set up. Cheers Ian
