    Best Beer Kits you have brewed

    I am already at the dark side, but i still do some kits when i dont have fours free to brew!! before i say which ones were my favorites, i have to say, that i advice to not use cane sugar in any kit, use always dme/LME/beer enhancer, the beer will be much better!! and a good yeast its half way...

    Even if i am now a ag -biab brewer, this kit was one of the best beers i ever had!!! i used a kilo of black dme and 300grs of treacle. the yeast was s-04!! let at secondary for 3 weeks!! after four months, when i finished the last pints, they were lovely, perfect!!

    Toffee flavouring how?

    I made a mild, 17l batch, and i used caramunich II and crystal 60!! i have the toffee aroma and flavor on top ;) 2.220 kg Pale Ale Malt (73.27%) 0.320 kg Crystal 60 (10.56%) 0.250 kg Caramunich II (8.25%) 0.120 kg Chocolate (3.96%) 0.120 kg Wheat Malt (3.96%)
