    After kegging?

Naaaahhhh!!! Would I???? Actually I'm determined to wait a good while after secondary has finished. Couple of weeks at least. Might well have a snifter (half cup) every now and then but I can see that it is definitely worth the wait. I just wanted to be sure about the seal on the top of the...

    Fermentation finishing early?

If leaving it until day 14 would you turn off the heater? I think I'll wait until day 8 and keg. Need to get another brew on. The way I'm thinking is one FV to 2 kegs. That way I should always have a beer in a keg. TIA Adri

    Fermentation finishing early?

Hi I set off a brew of Wherry on Thursday at 5pm. There was plenty of fermentation going on 24 hours later. Now looks like there's hardly any fermentation going on at all. Is there something wrong or is this the way it should go? On the pack it says 6-8 days in the fv. I count it's been 4...

    Temp for fav?

Hi. Just bought a wherry microbrewery kit. For that beer what would be a suitable temperature range whilst the wort is fermenting? I don't have a heater but having read some postings on the forum it seems the fermentation will go ok without one as long as it doesn't get too warm/cold. Is that...
