    What's the Best Thing You've Ever Brewed?

    All Grain Caledonian Porter for me .It's going down a treat the combination of chocolate and amber malt is sublime ,and the wheat malt gives good head retention which I like .You can't beat a nice head :whistle: Wish I brewed a double batch now as my brother is giving it a hammering !"

    Which brand of boiler?

    My modified LIDL jam maker has just finished it's 23rd boil so far, at an outlay of only £39 [I think they are a little more now] .Easy to clean as well , as the element is concealed . I'm not mean just careful :whistle: Bob
