Hi buddy, the Chimay one is 750ml and the Augustiner fit most 500 ml bottles, I have some Liefmann ones for smaller bottles, as to postage, well if you wanted to get a quote from a courier but I don't know if it would make it worthwhile for you?

Putting them in the dishwasher cleans them, you need to clean and sterilise not clean or sterilise to make sure they're good enough for your beer.

I use a little bottler so as the beer level reaches the rim, you remove it and the displaced volume reduces the beer level to about an inch and a half from the top.
