    little bottler

That is to stop sediment being drawn off the bottom. You can turn it so the inlet is to the side or on top. Its quite useful.

Benefits of using reverse osmosis water?

I just use tap water but I know people use mineral water and such. I think that the purer the better so I'd say if you have that stuff available make use of it. I do put a campdem tablet in my water to remove chlorine and stuff. Good luck brewing but as I say I use tspmwater and to me my beer...

    Coopers English bitter - problem?

There is nothing wrong with your brew. It is very normal for the brew to bubble madly in the first few days. I would leave it another week then check the gravity. If it is still at 1.016 then your breaks stuck but well cross that bridge if we get to it. Hope this helps Jacob

look at this awesome new house for my precious beer!

I had this chest which I made about two years ago. Then today I cleared it out and turned it on its end to make a cupboard and put two shelves in it Each self hold a full 40 pomt batch. I really like it. It even has a latch for a lock to keep the pesky beer thiefs out.

    Bottling question

I would leave it for at least 10 days but 14 is best. It lets the yeast clear up after its self and will let the yeast drop out so you get a clearer beer. Patience is the best policy for the best results. Hope this helps Jacob

    Lagering location

I wouldn't chance it. I know what there like. It would be such a shame to lose it. You've got two options 1 put it in a metal dustbin 2 of lots of rat poison down Hope this helps Jacob

Is this a bottle bomb or just a dodgy bottle?

My beer was conditioning inside to get the fizz up. I opened the box to take a look before it went out in the shed and found this bottle. Is it bottle bombs or a bad bottle? Cheers Jacob
