    Only tried the Orange once, but the WGJ & AJ is a winner for me. I've fermented it to as dry as I could. (Then backed off a little :shock: ). :thumb:

    I use just 800 grams of sugar, it just depends if I leave it to completely finish dry I can get 13%. Or you can stop it earlier to get it lower :thumb:
