Hi. Ive only done 2 kit beers so far. John Bull brown beer which was ok and Tom Caxton real ale which is maturing at the mo.
Im planning on getting my third on the go and was thinking of doing Woodfordes Norfolk Nog. Anybody had any experience/success with this kit? Im sure a lot of you have. Also the kits ive done have said they can be brewed to 36 pints instead of 40. What does this do to the beer? I know, very amatuerish inquiry but we all got to start somewhere lol :D

if you brew a 40pint kit to 36 pints you will get a slightly higher alc in the finished beer
and should also imrove the taste a bit as its not as watered down

I like the Woodfordes Nog. In fact I'm brewing my second batch in the FV at the mo. Brewing less will raise your final ABV,and give a stronger taste.
