its looking like I’m going to end up with around 60kgs of red grapes from my vines and they taste so sweet anyhow can you recommend a red wine recipe as I’ve only got one chance to try and get it right .. Thanks
 
Crush grapes by foot, press the fibrous remains until every drop of juice/colour has been extracted, fill your wood barrel with juice, leave until fermentation is complete and bottle. No other additive neccessary.
