I was messing around with amounts. I had tequila and lime mixes of 6:3 10:6 and 20:12ml and a 0:0
They tasted really nice 2-3 weeks after bottling but then seemed to have an off maybe soapy aftertaste.
Got another batch of Wilko cerveza on ATM to recreate. Hopefully be able to leave them alone for longer than 4 weeks.
