Just starting, made this recipe up with what I have, any comments welcome, can change it in next few hours
Method: BIAB
All following estimated from Brewer's friend
Style: Special/Best/Premium Bitter Boil Time: 60 min Batch Size: 9.6 liters (fermentor volume)
Pre Boil Size: 12.1 liters Post Boil Size: 11.165 liters Pre Boil Gravity: 1.039 (recipe based estimate) Efficiency: 55% (brew house)
Original Gravity:1.042
Final Gravity:1.010
ABV (standard):4.16%
IBU (tinseth):36.75

Done, FV contains 10.1L, theremometer failed at fly sparging bag so had to guess temperature. OG 1040
 
Only 6 days in, FV has been at 24 degrees. SG 1010, will test again tomorrow.
Tasted beer in hydrometer cylinder: least cloudy of all my 3 brews so far, nice taste, light ale not too bitter. Will test SG and may bottle for secondary carbonation tomorrow

Looks like you have a nice modern British pale ale on your hands there. I like your recipe and approach - it can be very tempting to throw in a lot of things and over complicate it when just starting out. This is a great start on which to build - what were your earlier brews?
 
I have done 3 BIAB AG brew so far. All with S04 yeast.
First brew a lot went wrong:
14/07/20202:
2 kg United Kingdom - Maris Otter Pale
Hops
20 g Fuggles Pellet 4.5 Boil 1 min
10 g East Kent Goldings Pellet 5 Boil 55 min
24/07/2020 Bottled with secondary carbonation
5/8/2020 after putting a bottle in fridge for several hours: tasting notes: Not fizzy, very cloudy, bitter beer taste, not much else.

2nd Brew repeated first brew
15/07/20202:

24/07/2020 Bottled with secondary carbonation
5/8/2020 Some fizz, mellow, bitter, quite cloudy, quite nice.

I have/will put all bottles from all 3 brews into a coleman coolbox and use iceblocks too cool them down.

I have one more brew in me before I go on holiday.
I have Maris Otter Pale and hops East Kent Goldings, Fuggles and challenger. I am tempted to repeat brew 3 above but using water treatment this time. However I might add the challenger hops at the end of the boil as I would like it hoppier/more taste. Open to suggestions?
