Advice - Brewing collectives

hi all, does anyone have any experience of brewing collectives? How they are run? (especially in relation to equipment, etc?)

I'm meeting with a landlord on Wednesday, to discuss the possibility of setting one up in Nottingham. So any advice/experience anyone has would be great.

I can't offer any advice but I'll be really keen to hear how you get on, sounds like a good idea.

thanks mate. apparently the pub has a massive cave/cellar (like a lot do in Nottingham), so there's space for some semi- big scale brewing & fermenting. I'll update once things have been discussed.
