I only started wine making recently and have just finished 2 kits which turned out ok. I have also got 1gal Apple and 1gal Orange/Cranberry - need some advise please...
the orange/cran is very cloudy (just started de-gassing tonight), SG 996 from 1104 btw, and my question is should I add just a tsp of stabiliser or can I add a tsp of Camden too?

in other words is it ok to add a Camden as well as stabiliser?

many thanks
Matt

Welcome to the forum.

This is how i do it - Rack onto a crushed campden tablet, degas, add stabiliser stir then add finings to clear, put the airlock back on and leave in a cool place for a couple of days.
