Hi all,

This is my 2nd AG attempt (first one was pretty good) so am looking for any feedback please!

(NB I'm a no-chill brewer, so for the hop additions, 60 mins will become 40 mins and all the other additions will be done with a 10L mini boil the following morning.)

This recipe is based on a Proper Job clone found on Brewfather.

Style: American IPA

5.8% / 14 °P

Yeast
1 pkg — Lallemand (LalBrew) Verdant IPA 77%
1 pkg — kit ale yeast 75%*

Fermentation
Primary — 19 °C — 10 days

Carbonation: 2.4 CO2-vol

* I'm figuring that 11g dry yeast won't quite be enough for 25l @1.057 so I'll turf in a packet of kit ale yeast to increase cell count. You never know, I might get some additional flavours.

Thanks in advance everyone!
