Sorry if in wrong thread. Just a quick question. As I seen a YouTube video and looks completely a different method to instructions. It's been 3 weeks now and fermentation is nearly over it has slowed right down so looking to add stabilizer and charcoal but not 100 sure which 1 1st. Don't Wana get this far a ruin it

As Dutto says you have instructions why would you do it another way just because some random bloke has made a video about it.

I have just re-read my post above sorry if it came across a bit abrupt.

The Alcotec yeast has been around a long time but we rarely see threads about it in the forum i would give it time as with most things us home brews make it will clear eventually.
