Sorry if in wrong thread. Just a quick question. As I seen a YouTube video and looks completely a different method to instructions. It's been 3 weeks now and fermentation is nearly over it has slowed right down so looking to add stabilizer and charcoal but not 100 sure which 1 1st. Don't Wana get this far a ruin it
