Amber Ale

Planning a brew tomorrow, I've been wanting to do an amber for a while now so I'm planning on this, based on DIY Dog #3, The Physic. I've subbed the dark crystal for a bit of roasted barley and the Amarillo for Cascade - just because that's what's available.

OG: 1.054 (75% BHE)
FG: 1.014
ABV: 5.4%
IBU: 47.8

4 kg Maris Otter
310g Caramalt
230g Crystal 120
90g Roasted Barley

25g Cascade @60mins
12g Cascade @30mins
12g Bramling Cross @5mins
50g Cascade @5mins (Sounds a lot, but I guess that's their deal.)

I'll probably use US04.
