It is time for another educational video and this one provides a full guide to the ever popular American pale ale (APA). This style gets my usual treatment where we start by looking at the brief history and then move into BJCP style notes, recipe writing, my suggested recipe along with some footage from my latest brew and fermentation to this style with lots of hints and tips along the way.
