Hi all, i brewed an all grain esb on the 18th pitched cml ale yeast early on the 19th pitching temp 20c, it's gone from 1052 to 1012 today and all activity has stopped, there no off flavours it tastes nice, my question is is this normal for this yeast athumb..
 
One thing I quickly realised after getting a Tilt is fermentation is often a lot quicker than you expect, with a lot of beers fermenting out in 72 hours (there are exceptions but for your typical beer this tends to be the case). I do find that giving beer at least a week often two helps ensure the beer fully clears and it does sometimes drop another point in that time.
