My temp controlled bin is in use so I thought I'd try a brew at room temp (around 17-18c) using GV5 yeast as it's happy with lower temps, down to 8c as per the packet.
As I've not used it before I just wondered if anyone else has? If so should I expect a really slow ferment as my brew does seem relatively quiet. There's a bit of life bit no froth just a few patches of bubbles on the top.
