Hi all

First time brewing again after a long break and decided to give an apple and mango turbo cider a go. All going fine and bottled last Sunday, checked on it today and got the fright of my life. Is this an infection? It's in every bottle some have less, some loads.

Here's the recipe:
1tsp yeast nutrient
1tsp pectolase
20g Maltodextrin
6ml Vegetable Glycerin
5g Gervin Wilko wine yeast
1/4 Cup tannin
4ltr Morrisons savers apple juice
1ltr Morrisons apple & mango high juice

Ferment 3ltr juice and additions for 3 days then add 4th ltr (6/5/21) and ferment for fortnight

Bottled on sat 23/5/21 using Hi Juice to flavour and back sweeten, primed using sugar sachets, 1 per bottle.

Any thoughts would be great. Still got another couple of weeks to condition if it's worth saving but at the moment I'm not too sure
