Rolling boil 30L klarstein full horn full to max 27L 1600W

All done got 24.5L as opposed to 23 og 1045 should have been 1050, i can live with it i am trying cml ale yeast for the first time range is 16c to 25c going to go 18 to 20c

Hi Rod the CML yeast is good but not a good flocculator so just pour extra careful if bottling as it can get disturbed easier than some yeasts
