Back from a 5 year hiatus

Good morning all,

I am back after a 5 year break when my second child was born as he was a bit of a handful.

I attended the Spring Thing a good few years ago after just getting the bug for AG brewing.

I have upgraded much of my gear and now have a beer engine, fermentation fridge, corny kegs etc.

Did 2 brews last weekend a Landlord Clone and a Citra Double IPA which was great although i forgot the basics about pre boil volumes etc and ended up with far too much Landlord at a weaker ABV (3.5%) and far too little IPA at a stronger ABV (8.5%)

Anyways - its good to be back :-)

With that gravity spread I think I would try blending half of each together just to see what it becomes. Kind of complimentary styles.

Welcome back. My kid put my brewing on hold for a few years too.
