    hi guys back after 4 year lay off , lost my brew space during house rebuild and a gluten Intolerance stopped my brewing.
    but now build a brew shed and just done my first cider in it . some tweaks needed in the shed . but glad to be back

    Good luck, will be trying any gluten free beers too? I've been tempted as my wife is coeliac, but she's not that fussed about beer, so have tried yet. Her cousin is gf too, so think he'd be more up for it next time he visits

    yes I have one gf beer kit ready and also have a vile of WL clarity ferm that you pitch with yeast that makes any beer GF
