Thats a lovely piece of kit, and sounds perfect for the way you cook. The one thing I missed when I ditched the gas BBQ for a Weber kettle was the side burner. I subsequently got a camping stove but can rarely be bothered enough to set it up, and end up doing those bits inside which is less fun.
