Beaverdale Chardonnay

So if I understand correct prosecco is force carbed and Ive heard cheap white wine in a soda stream comes out very well.

I dont have a soda stream but was thinking about buying a small 2L Keg and force carbing some white wine ive made. Anyone done this? I guess bottling wouldn't work so would have to be dispensed with a party/pluto tap?

Exactly what I did at Xmas. I had a mini keg, had some beaverdale Chardonnay in it, carbed and used a party tap to dispense.

wasn’t massively carbed, just a little fizz. But made for cheap mimosas. The wine does taste better uncarbbed and Prosecco it certainly is not! But it’s not bad

Well the flavour of the kit is better uncarbbed, served as normal wine. It’s ok as a Prosecco but there’s probably better kits out there for this I’d suspect

Maybe a dry white would work best?

My cousin swears by sparking red!
