Beer ok?

Hi guys,

I am about to bottle my beer. I dry hopped 3 days ago and this sediment is still on top after cold crash.
Does this look normal? Is the sediment just hop dust?

Yes, I'd say it's infected and there's the very beginnings of an acetobacter pellicle forming Nothing at all to worry about, though as long as you get it bottled up as soon as you can. Once you exclude exposure to (new) air it can't grow, multiply or do anything at all. It'll be fine. Leave less than 2cm headspace in the bottle.
