hello, I have 1.2kg of Mangrove Jacks LME,
I originally bought it to enhance a MJ kit (my first brew), but ended up using dextrose instead.
Could I use the LME as a base for a beer? Does anyone have a recipe for something resembling a Belgian blonde using this? I guess maybe I’d need to steep some extra grain first? And then boil the mini-mash and the extract with some hops? Candi Sugar at the end?
I realise 1.2kg isn’t a huge amount, but wondered if it might be good for a bit of experience/experimentation.
